Certificate III in Business
This course provides students the skills and training to utilise essential business technology and systems. The business program will give an understanding of workplace procedures; including WHS processes, financial record keeping, monitoring and maintaining resource usage and skills to write business documents.
26 weeks full time (includes 6 weeks holidays) – 15 hours/week in class and 5 hours/week online
Customer Service Advisor, Data Entry Operator, General Clerk, Typist, Word Processing Operator, Administration Assistant, Information Desk Clerk, Receptionist.
Year 12 or equivalent AND over 18 years old at the time of enrolment.
IELTS 5.5 or equivalent or an English proficiency of Intermediate Level or above from any ASQA or NEAS accredited ELICOS provider.
This program is delivered entirely off-the-job at the college campus. It contains face-to-face training led by theory classes and practical sessions involving small groups and individual activities.
For each unit, candidates are provided with training manuals, which includes materials used in the training sessions, assessment materials and reference materials.
Includes demonstration, questioning/tests, written assessment, projects and other appropriate assessment methods depending on the study unit.
Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (BSB30115). Students who do not complete all units may be eligible for a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of a Certificate III in Business (BSB30115)
